We will ship directly to the shipping address listed at checkout (unless otherwise notified) via preferred mailing service usually between 3-5 business days of purchase (weekends and holidays do not count as business days.) Shipping times will always be posted in the toolbar at the top of the main page. Some orders may take longer to fulfill and we reserve the right to adjust the ship date as needed. A Delivery Confirmation number will be sent to the email address provided. Please ensure your shipping address is up to date to avoid any delays in delivery. If address is incorrect and package is returned to us, we may have to charge an additional shipping fee in order to resend. Once shipped, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 3-7 days, depending on carrier and delivery method chosen. A tracking number will be included with your order and should give a better delivery time estimate.

Due to safety reasons, returns will not be accepted. If you receive your items damaged, please make sure to send a photo of the box and damaged items to our email at Cristina@TheBlackLabSoapery.com and you will receive a refund for items that are beyond use. Please message us with any issue before leaving negative feedback, as we would like the opportunity to make it right for you.
